Dad spoke to me over the phone today. We spoke for nearly an hour. Yes, that’s true we actually spent that much time speaking to each other because dad wanted to know everything. He asked me all sorts of questions and sounded a little apprehensive when I said I remit money at least thrice every week. He asked how much time I ‘wasted’ on this. Well he was under the impression that one needs to spend hours standing in queues and filling hundreds of forms before remitting money. So when I told him I did everything in a matter of minutes, he had a tough time believing me. I told him about Remit2Home, an online money transfer service provider which helps me to remit money in just a few minutes. He was speechless for a while because as a beneficiary he too got an idea about their service every time the money reached him at his doorsteps. So when I told him about the credit card facility he reacted with a sense of surprise. He had a tough time believing that all I needed to do while remitting money was to log on to my Remit2Home account, select the credit card from send money options, enter the amount I had to send, select the beneficiary and enter the credit card details. Dad sounded convinced and with a hearty laugh concluded the conversation with the remark, “and all this while I thought you have a tough time sending money home!”

“I hate it when I have to wait needlessly for my account verification while making a money transfer!” A friend of mine told me recently. I agree. I had a tough time myself when the account verification took longer than I expected. I really wished there was a quick solution for this. Ever since I switched over to Remit2Home I’ve got rid from this problem. Remit2Home’s web based Online ACH facility did the trick for me. In the United States it is carried out via the Automated Clearing House (ACH) facility whereby the remitter directly debits his existing US bank account and credits the Remit2Home account. It is an instant facility with Remit2Home. One doesn’t have to wait for the US bank account verification for transferring money. Simply provide the bank account details and book a transaction. The moment your account gets verified, money will be transferred automatically, thus saving your valuable time and effort. I don’t think it gets any easier than this. My friend seconded my thought and announced his intention of signing up with Remit2Home.

My sisters are thinking of renovating our house. They are not pleased with the colors of our walls. To be honest, I don’t understand anything about interior decoration but the fact that my sisters are planning something for the house is reason enough to make me think that they must have a brilliant plan up their sleeves. So I thought of remitting some cash for the purpose. My sisters were happy to learn this but had little clue about how I was going to go about this. I told them to relax and leave the financial aspect to me.
I quickly logged on to my Remit2Home and clicked on the Account Credit option. Remit2Home supports direct deposits to receiver accounts with leading banks in the Philippines. If the receiver has an account with any of these banks, all remittances sent by the remitter get deposited to the stated account as soon as Remit2Home receives the remittance. I couldn’t think of a better solution than this. I remitted some cash immediately and informed my sisters about the same. They have promised to do a great job and I trust them completely.

My sister has recently shifted base. She is now living in Davao with her husband who works there. Her birthday is coming up this week and I’ve been thinking of sending some cash for the same. The problem until recently was that since she has moved to a new city she hasn’t yet got a bank account. I thought without a bank account a beneficiary couldn’t receive any remittance.
My misconception changed after a friend told me about Remit2Home’s cash pick up facility which is provided at various bank branches across Philippines. This way I could send money to my sister without worrying about her not having a bank account. My problem was solved in minutes.

A friend of mine sounded excited today. He was calling me up to thank me for introducing him to Remit2Home. He said that he was very impressed with the bouquet of services that are being offered by Remit2Home and also because he got a 25 mins free calling card for just registering with them. He was so delighted that he thought of calling me first and sharing this great bonanza.
Expectedly, I was happy to hear his voice because his happiness was genuine. I also told him about the various other services that are being offered by Remit2Home to all its registered users along with the great remittance service that it offers to remitters like us.
The minute I finished telling him about the services he hurriedly kept down the phone when I asked him the reason behind the rush he just said that he’ll be making good use of all the information that he just received.

A new friend of mine complained about the unnecessary hassles that he goes through every time he has to remit money back home. He was clearly frustrated with the online money transfer service provider that he has been using all this while. I thought of helping this friend and told him about Remit2Home, an online money transfer service provider I’ve been using for the last couple of years. When I reached home I logged on to my Remit2Home account and the first thing I did was to refer this friend.
The following day this guy called me up and thanked me for my suggestion. When I logged on to my Remit2Home account I was pleasantly surprised to find $5 waiting for me. Remit2Home has this unique scheme to make remitters like me richer by some dollars. All that one needs to do is refer a friend and win $5, which is a good amount. This is like killing two birds with one stone. Not only do I get to win $5 I also help a friend in distress.

Bad news this time. Ruben informed me that Franzen has been admitted to a hospital after he complained of severe chest pain. My heart sank the minute I heard this. Franzen is my best friend and the news took quite some time to sink in completely. I wanted to catch a flight to Manila and be with my friend as soon as possible. Alas! That wasn’t to be. My mind turned blank and I couldn’t think of anything for a while. After re-gaining my senses I thought for a while and decided to send some money to Franzen’s family. I fell back on Remit2Home again. I immediately remitted some cash. I was anxious to know whether my money reached Franzen’s family or not. The Status Tracker took care of this and helped to keep a track of my remittance online. The minute my money reached them I got informed. On checking the history of all past transactions that one gets to check on the status tracker of Remit2Home, I recalled how happy Franzen was just a few days ago when I had remitted some cash to him on his birthday. We had spoken over the phone and he was sounding perfectly fine but today he is in a hospital fighting for his life. May God bless him. I pray for his speedy recovery.

A school friend of mine has been admitted to the hospital after he collapsed in his office. Another friend who I’ve known for nearly 17 years informed me this morning. My heart sank the minute I heard this awful news. I wanted to reach out to my buddy but alas! That wasn’t meant to be. So I thought of sending some cash for him immediately. I logged in to my Remit2Home account and quickly made the transaction. But my worries were far from being over. I started wondering if the money would reach him on time. I couldn’t call up his family to know about the remittance because they were not reachable. Finally I got a mobile alert on my cell from Remit2Home which informed that the money had reached my friend’s family. I was relieved. I thanked the alert for making my day. Ever since the mobile alerts have got introduced by Remit2Home remitting has got simpler. Not only do the remitters and beneficiaries get regular updates on the status of their remittance, they also get timely information regarding the new products and services that are introduced by Remit2Home. An easy solution to the remittance problem.

A friend of mine was having a tough time last week. He had to send money to different people back home in Manila and the payments were mostly recurrent, like Education loan EMI, Insurance Premia, etc. He asked me if there was an easy way out to keep the remittance procedure simple. I told him about the standing instructions facility offered by Remit2Home. This unique facility allows remitters to schedule in advance the monthly and quarterly payments online. The payments can be scheduled for any kind of recurring payment and since this is an automatic service one needs to just fill in the instructions once and get rid of all the tensions. The transfer is made on time and Remit2Home keeps you updated about the status of the remittance.
My friend really liked what he heard and signed up for it. I am sure his problems will be solved now.

Mom called me up in the morning to remind me that it’s Aunt Marliou’s birthday today. Forgetting her birthday is a grave crime that none of her nephews and nieces has ever committed and I am sure I would have been the unlucky one this time had it not been for my mom dearest who saved me at the right time.
After keeping down the phone, however I realised I had misplaced her address. I started searching for it in my unkempt room. I knew I was in trouble so I called up mom and shamelessly asked for help. She gave me the address but also said that this was going to be the last time. I thanked her quickly and logged in to my Remit2Home account to send some cash on time. I stumbled upon the address book menu which I think was meant for helping out lousy and forgetful people like me. On a serious note, I think it’s a great idea to save the details of the beneficiaries who receive my remittances quite frequently once and use it subsequently. I think mom was right this indeed was the last time I asked for her help for addresses.
